1. 100MHz and 120MHz SC Crystals in TO5 Holders – Improved production processes allow Nofech to provide SC Crystals with Phase Noise lower of -130dBc/Hz@100Hz with High Q as follows:

  • Low G_Sensitivity – Nofech improve the process for 5MHz and 10MHz in HC-37/U Holder and offer:

    1. 5MHz and 10MHz SC Crystals with Low G_Sensitivity “Vector” of between:
      1.5*10-10/g to 5*10-10/g at competitive prices.

    2. During second half of 2009, Nofech will start offering Low G_Sensitivity for high frequency SC crystals (100MHz – 120MHz)

  • Low Aging - We are offering 5MHz and 10MHz SC Crystals in HC-40/U and HC-37/U packages, with Aging of 1*10-8 – 5*10-9 per year (after 30 days in the OCXO).

  • High Q – For 10Mhz of 1, 250.000 – 1,350,000.
